Rohan Woodworking can provide a dedicated CNC routing and cutting service; where we shape and profile MDF, Solid timber, Perspex, plastic laminate, door blanks, chipboard, MFC, Dibond acrylic and plywood or client’s own materials by arrangement - cutting, drilling, milling, and engraving to suit your requirements.

Our many years experience in computerised cutting and CNC routing gives us the capabilities to deliver a cost effective facility. We work with the latest SCM Accord CNC machine with a large routing area of 4250mm x 2280mm and a contained router and drilling head holding up to 18 different tools at once allowing us to offer a fast, flexible and efficient personal service.

Drawings can be supplied from something as simple as a dimensioned sketch to an exported CAD file.

Edge Banding
All the material we work with can also be edged using the SCM Olimpic K 500 in a wide variety of matching or contrast materials.

This compact machine will take:
Panel thickness from 8 – 55 mm (opt. 60)
Panel thickness with a round unit 10 – 45 mm
Thickness of edges in strips 0.4 – 5 mm (opt. 8)
Rolled edges thickness 0.4 – 2 mm
Minimum panel width with rolled edges 65 mm
